Question 1

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 business days of being placed, including the time we need to pack them. Free US shipping on orders over $69, otherwise a flat $9.95. We ship within the United States only.

Question 2

Where do orders ship from?

Accepted Answer

We work with a small number of vetted fulfillment partners who hold stock in US warehouses, which is how we keep delivery times short. Items in the same order may occasionally ship separately and arrive on different days, and you are never charged extra when that happens.

Question 3

Do you ship outside the US?

Accepted Answer

We ship to the United States only for now. Free US shipping is available on orders over $69, otherwise a flat $9.95.

Question 4

What if my order arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Sorry about that. Email support@fuzzyfiesta.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you will not need to send the item back.

Question 5

How can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link, where tracking is available for that shipment, so you can follow every tail-wagging mile. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Question 6

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging, so opened treats, chews or supplements and grooming tools that have been used on a dog cannot come back. Email support@fuzzyfiesta.com with your order number first and we will confirm the return and email you the address and instructions.

Question 7

Who pays for return shipping?

Accepted Answer

It depends on why it is going back. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover everything: send us a photo and we will refund or replace it, and you will not need to send anything back. If you simply changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. Email us within 30 days and we will email you the instructions.

Question 8

How long do refunds take to appear?

Accepted Answer

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Question 9

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, until your order has been sent to the warehouse for dispatch, which usually happens within a few hours of ordering. Email support@fuzzyfiesta.com as soon as you can and we will cancel it for a full refund. After that, the order has to be handled as a return.

Question 10

Do you sell dog food?

Accepted Answer

No. We stick to treats, chews, dental chews, supplements and food toppers, plus toys, beds, bowls and walk gear. We do not sell complete meals, so you will not find kibble, wet food or raw diets here.

Question 11

Are your toys and chews safe for every dog?

Accepted Answer

Pick a toy or chew that suits your dog’s size and chewing style, using the sizing and chew-strength notes on each product page. Always supervise play, and replace a toy or chew once it is worn or small enough to swallow.

Question 12

How do I pick the right size for my dog?

Accepted Answer

Start with the size guide on the product page, then compare it with the gear your dog already uses. When in doubt, give them a little extra room.

Question 13

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Checkout is handled by our secure payment partner, so you will see every method we have switched on at the payment step, including all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are entered on an encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout page and never touch our own systems.
