About us

Fuzzyfiesta is an online pet supplies store trading from Hellemyråsen 42, 4628 Kristiansand, Norway. You can reach us any time at support@fuzzyfiesta.com.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, copy its content, or place fraudulent orders. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from us.

Products and pricing

We describe our products and their colours as accurately as we can, but slight variation is normal and screens differ. Prices are in US dollars and include nothing extra until tax and shipping are added at checkout. We can change prices and availability at any time before you order.

Your order

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted once we send a confirmation email. If something is mispriced or out of stock we may decline or cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will always tell you why.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and its payment processors. By ordering you confirm the payment method is yours and you are authorised to use it.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy, and your return and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Fulfilment by partners

Some items are shipped directly by our vetted supplier partners from their US warehouses. This is normal for our store and does not change your rights, your delivery estimate or who you contact for help, which is always us.

Acceptable use of accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Our content

The site, its text, images, logos and branding belong to Fuzzyfiesta or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Products are for pets

Our products are pet supplies, not veterinary advice. If your animal is unwell or has specific needs, please speak to a vet.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, and any dispute is subject to the courts there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and we will update the date at the top when we change anything.
