Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally yet.
Processing time
Orders are checked and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 1-5 business days of being placed. This includes the time it takes to prepare your order for dispatch. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs and peak periods can add time.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on US orders of $69 or more. Orders under $69 are charged a flat $9.95. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Where your order ships from
Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partners from warehouses in the United States. Items in the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. You are never charged extra when that happens.
Tracking
You will get an order confirmation email straight away, and a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched, where tracking is available for that shipment. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show its first scan.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once you cover the reshipping cost, or refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping charge.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your order turns up damaged, email support@fuzzyfiesta.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the dispatch date, if it never arrived). Include your order number and a photo if there is damage. We will replace the item or refund you.
Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout. Because orders ship within the United States, there are no import duties to pay.
