General rule: fabric items wash cold and air dry best, rubber and silicone toys are top-rack dishwasher safe, and anything with electronics should only be wiped down. Check the label on the product itself before the first wash.

Measure before you order: chest girth and neck for harnesses and collars, nose-to-tail length plus a few inches for beds and crates, and your pet's weight for anything weight-rated. When in doubt, size up.

US shipping is free on orders over $99, otherwise a flat $9.95. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return — email support@fuzzyfiesta.com and we will confirm it and send you the instructions. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong we cover it completely: a full refund including shipping, or a replacement, with nothing to post back. If you change your mind, return postage is yours. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened food, treats or supplements.
